MICHELLE McROBERT
Chief Executive Officer Michelle joined the Initiative in 2012 and took on the role of CEO in 2022. She now leads the organisation working collaboratively with our board of directors, staff and volunteers to fulfil our vision.
MARIA RAWLINGS
Project Coordinator Joined the 2021, Maria is currently working on our major capital redevelopment project, Rocks and Wheels. She is also involved in Initiative event planning, new cycling initiatives, and developing ideas for healthy lifestyle and wellbeing across our community.

TRACIE GORST
Finance Officer Tracie joined the team in the summer of 2023. Working closely with our treasurer, Tracie processes and manages all our financial transactions providing financial support to the whole of the Initiative.
ERIN HOUSTON
Admin Assistant Erin started as a volunteer in 2023 before joining the staff team October 2024. Erin works with staff and volunteer teams, giving administrative support to all projects/events within the Initiative.
